Fair Grove Area Chamber Events
Farmer's Market wins state award, opens new blog The Fair Grove Farmers' Market has won a prestigious award from AgriMissouri, which proudly supports the efforts of Missouri's farmers' markets across the state. The Farmers' Market of the Year Awards honor those markets who go above and beyond to make their market an education and entertaining experience for consumers.

Fair Grove's market placed second in this prestigious contest, as well as taking home the Best Event title for the "Growing Kids Club" program and Best Marketing Idea for a DVD they produced to promote the activities of the market.

The Farmer's Market has also opened a new weblog to discuss the activities of the local market. This site is maintained by Debra VanBenthusen, from the market, and an intern from Missouri State University.

Fair Grove Mill Lot

This is the 10th year to enjoy dozens of varieties of homegrown vegetables, fruits, flowers, herbs, and plants for the home and garden. More than a dozen vendors each week with fresh harvests, along with crafters and bakers with pies, jams, jellies, salsa, rolls, sweets, and much more.

Hilltop Pizza and Grill also supplies great food from the on-site kitchen for dine-in and carry out. Be sure to plan for it rain or shine.
